By IJ Blog Contributor Armand Calimbas Japan’s national rugby football team unveiled a new and radical jersey for the 2019 Rugby World Cup season featuring a samurai helmet motif, a representation of the Japanese traditional warrior spirit. The new jersey consists of v-shaped stripes in red and white, Japan’s national flag colors on the front and a series of upside down Vs on the back. The image of a V-shaped crest attached to the front of a warrior’s kabuto helmet is what this design is projecting. The kabuto crest is likewise the subject for the red stripe design.

Certain obscure jerseys from the 1990’s (such as the Islanders “Fisherman” jersey) that have weird/unique fonts we would not be able to customize as we unfortunately would not have access to the proper fonts.
We hear this question a lot: Should I wear my signed jersey to the game? The professional response to this question may seem a little harsh, but the straight answer is simple; no. You should NOT wear your signed Maurice Richard jersey to the Bell Centre to see the a Habs game.
